about
About the artist
Victoria Elisabeth is a visual artist with a background in art and design. Her work draws from personal impressions, introspection and free play. In her studio, she is working as undistracted as possible and enjoys creating as a form of modern sanctuary.
Her paintings are characterized by organic shapes, moody landscapes and muted tones. Influenced by the natural beauty of elements, marble and stone patterns, the ocean and firmament, her work embodies the timelessness and calm of them all.
Often expressed in blurred brushstrokes and tonal layerings in soft, moody tones.
Creating a sense of longing and belonging. A place to feel calm and replenish.
She wants her art to reflect a sense of inspiration, intentionality and timelessness, in the meaning of forgetting time for a moment and just enjoying a piece of art.
Encouraging others to explore these visual worlds on their own and give meaning to the things around them.
Her work is held in private collections and AirBnBs, referring to her love and work for vintage design interior.

Vision & Values
Create holistic spaces within and around you.
My studio is my place to go for undisturbed creative focus and flow. I often choose to create without any distractions and my phone on flight mode.
Whenever I feel like sharing impressions, I do so, but overall enjoy this quiet quality time just by myself.
I love to focus on the paintings, create in the flow of the moment and work on different paintings at the same time. Often starting with intuitive abstract work and continuing with the work on current projects.
With an appreciation for slow, intentional living, rich materials and the beauty of true craftsmanship, I use self-built canvases, using natural and only high quality fabrics.
When it comes to printing and framing, I only work with local fine art experts.
I want my art to create holistic spaces, domestic rituals and a silent, calm conversation with oneself.
